Purchasing
There are currently 2 employees in the purchasing department: 1 purchaser and 1 Purchasing Manager. The number of employees is expected to increase going forward.
Some of the tasks covered by the department are:
- Follow-up on purchase requisitions
- Request for tenders (RFT)
- Establishing purchase orders
- Purchase of goods and services
- Delivery quality assurance
- Customs declarations and services
- Documentation control and management
- Commodity logistics
- Vendor/Supplier management
- Receipt of goods
- Control of diesel tanks (placed outside of the warehouse)
- Assist with contracts and tenders
- HSEQ related departmental tasks Waste management
